PUBLIC CALL<\/strong><\/p>\n FOR SUBMITTING BIDS FOR THE ADAPTATION OF THE APARTMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n Background<\/u><\/p>\n The apartment in question is the property of the Organization for Animal Welfare and Care – ORCA, which was acquired by our organization on the basis of the will (testament) of Mrs. Ljubinka Vivcar. The apartment needs to be adapted into a small dormitory that would be available to two female students who will devote their education to animal welfare and nature conservation.<\/p>\n Bidding instructions:<\/u><\/p>\n The offer is made on the basis of the detailed Apartment Drawings and Approximate Bill of Quantities that are an integral part of this invitation. Prices need to be entered into Excel table “orca approximate bill of quantities (Excel).”<\/p>\n The offer should contain, in addition to the price, basic information about the potential Bidder, such as: full name, address and telephone number, contact person, identification and registration number, activity code and account number.<\/p>\n The public invitation is open until 20.09.2018.<\/p>\n Small-scale public procurement contracts are awarded to the bidders who meet the required conditions, based on the lowest price offered, i.e. the estimated price \/ quality ratio.<\/p>\n
