The Organization for the Respect and Care of Animals – ORCA (hereinafter referred to as: ORCA) respects your privacy and we are dedicated to protection of the personal data that you provide us with.
Please read the Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as: the Policy) carefully in order to understand how we collect, use and process your personal data.

Information about creditworthiness and frauds – Information concerning your financial situations, your creditworthiness or any criminal activities or frauds that we have received from you or from third parties.
Technical information – including the Internet Protocol (IP) address used for connection of your computer to the Internet or information about your login to the network, type and version of browser, time zone settings, browser connection according to type and version, operating system and platform.
Method of collecting information
We collect data about you in several ways: directly when you provide them to us, automatically while you use the website, or from third parties such as our business partners.
We only collect personal data that you wish to provide us with or that are necessary for us in order to provide or improve our services. You are not obliged to provide us with any personal data, but in that case there is a possibility that you will not be able to use all the content of our websites. We collect direct personal information such as name, surname, address, email address, telephone number, etc. only if you provide it to us.

The information that we automatically collect represents statistical data. If untrue or inaccurate information is provided to us and fraud is identified or suspected, details about this may be provided to fraud prevention authorities and other organizations, which may be recorded by us or them;

Data protection is integrated into the design itself, and privacy settings are set to the default high level. All communication between the user and the website takes place via a secure encrypted protocol (https).
The processing of your personal data will be carried out in accordance with the regulations for personal data protection in the Republic of Serbia and the EU, by undertaking all prescribed technical and organizational measures that we have in order to ensure confidentiality and protection in the process of personal data processing. Cookies are small text files that are recorded on your device (computer, mobile phone, tablet…) so that you could track the movement of your browser on the website and they do not link to your personal data that you have provided us with. With the help of such files, it is possible for visitors to move around the page and thus collect data in order to improve the user experience, optimize and improve the functionality of the website. You also have the right to correction of inaccurate and incomplete data (right to correction), the right to request the deletion of data if you find that they were not collected in accordance with regulations or are not necessary, or you have withdrawn permission for data processing (right to deletion), and we will act in accordance with your request, or notify you if there are reasons that prevent or limit us from complying with your request.
You can withdraw your consent at any time. All these rights are applied within the limits provided by the existing regulations for personal data protection.
Minor users
Minor users are not allowed to provide us with personal data. We collect only data about minors that are provided to us by their parents or legal guardians. The information that we collect about minors, and which their parents provide us with is the following: Name and Surname, date of birth, information that we collect about the presence of minors at our events, competitions and actions.
Updating information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that your personal data are accurate. To help us with this, you should notify us of any changes to the personal data that you provided us with by contacting us and notifying us of any changes that have occurred.
